She brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience, first in finance and insurance and now in climate agtech, building multinational collaborations across corporations, investors, and startups. Her focus is measurable impact: linking yield uplift, stand establishment, and improved water productivity to concrete outcomes for farmers and clear ESG results.
Beyond SaliCrop, Carmit is a committed advocate for inclusive leadership. She co-founded WMN, an Israeli network amplifying women in innovation, and initiated Women of Agrifood Nation, supporting women-led startups across food and agriculture.
