Lab Employee – Seed Treatment Operations

We are looking for a hands-on Lab Employee to support our seed treatment and quality activities. This is a practical role at the heart of our operations—working with seeds, executing protocols, maintaining high lab standards, and supporting scale-up for commercial programs. Key Responsibilities Perform seed treatment processes according to Salicrop protocols (weighing, preparing solutions, applying treatments, drying/curing as required) Operate basic lab equipment (balances, mixers, pipettes, moisture testing tools, etc.) Label, pack, and document treated seed lots (traceability, batch records, codes, and storage logs) Support QC checks: germination preparation, moisture checks, visual inspection, and sample preparation for external testing Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in the lab; manage consumables and inventory Support seed shipment preparation (packaging, documentation, coordination) Work closely with Lab Operations, R&D, and agronomy teams to ensure accuracy and consistency Requirements Prior experience in a lab, greenhouse, seed facility, food/agri QA, or biotech environment (advantage) High attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely Strong organization skills and comfort with repetitive processes and documentation Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented Comfortable with physical tasks (standing, lifting small bags/boxes, handling seeds and materials) Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets) Hebrew: good level | English: basic reading/writing (advantage)
