We Are Recruiting a Global Sales Manager to Scale Our Activity Worldwide!

Your mission will be to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and partners to ensure successful engagement, manage the global field trials & JV agreements. The ideal candidate is passionate about agriculture and sustainability, a creative thinker, and a great communicator that can help drive customer success.

Responsibilities:

Manage sales activity for Salicrop customers through strong relationship-building, planning, and execution.

Gain a deep grasp of our core and agriculture customer workflows to increase profitability

Ensure customers proactively by guiding regular meetings, tracking accounts, and signing agreements.

Provide excellent customer experience, and produce timely solutions according to customer needs and goals.

Work closely with the CEO and the agronomists' team.

Requirements:

Agriculture background with minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, or similar roles.

Background in agriculture, chemistry, biochemistry, food science, or related discipline.

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with international teams and customers.

Proactive work style with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Work closely with the CEO and the agronomists' team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Willing to travel abroad.
